I predate the moon landings, but that's not a bad thing. My life has been lived in pursuit of artistic achievement, in multiple media and on a very grand scale. A degree in design teaching (secondary school level) gave me a strong basis in problem solving skills and brainstorming. The tutorials at the Barossa Studios taught me fine art illustration techniques. I was a recipient of numerous best artist trophies, ASFMA's (Australian Science Fiction Media Awards), and conducted cartooning schools for kids at the state library. As a freelance graphic designer I contributed to various magazines, periodicals role-playing card games and PC game design. I also run a business providing display work for Cinema and video promotions, having won numerous display competitions including a piece for ID4, which, having been judged best in Australia won a trip to the USA.
